Multiple Entry Visa
Successful applicants will receive a multiple entry visa, where it is renewable at fingertips.

Am I required to purchase property in Malaysia to be in this Programme?

Property purchase is a pre-requisite for participating in the Programme, where participants need to purchase residential properties of varying values depending on the tier they qualify for.

Participants are now required to purchase residential property with a minimum value of RM 600,000 (Silver tier), RM 1 million (Gold tier), or RM 2 million (Platinum tier), and hold it for at least 10 years, unless upgrading to a higher-value property.

Education
Can dependents (children) study in Malaysia?
Dependents (children below 18 years old) are allowed to study in a primary and secondary school in Malaysia.
They are required to apply for “Permission To Study” from the MM2H Immigration Unit. If the dependents wish to pursue tertiary education, they have to terminate their MM2H dependent pass and apply for Student Pass.
Are dependents (children) allowed to attend government school? Or they have to attend international (private) schools only?
They are only allowed to attend international (private) schools.
Do the dependents (children) need to acquire Student Visa to attend kindergarten in Malaysia?
Children below 7 years old are NOT required to apply for Student Visa. They are required to apply for “Permission to Study” via the MM2H Immigration Unit.
